Gallery terms
Last updated 18 October 2026
Welcome. The gallery you are viewing was sent to you by your studio, the photographer or filmmaker who captured your day. These short terms explain how it works.
Your studio looks after your gallery
The studio owns or controls the films and photos in this gallery and decides who can see them. It is also responsible for your personal information in it, such as your name, email address and the images themselves. For any question or request about your gallery, please contact your studio first.
Viewing and sharing
- The gallery is for personal, private viewing by the people the studio has shared it with.
- Please keep your link, password and access codes to yourself; they are your key to the gallery.
- Do not redistribute the films or photos, or post them publicly, without your studio’s permission.
- Where the studio allows downloads, they are for your personal use.
How long you can watch and download
Original files can be downloaded for 12 months from when the gallery was created, if your studio has turned downloads on. After that, films download in 1080p and photos in web size. You can keep streaming for at least three years. A note in the gallery shows the date, so it is worth saving your favourites early.
Your privacy
The gallery uses only essential cookies: to remember that you have unlocked it, and an anonymous cookie that counts views and plays without identifying you. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and galleries are never shown in search engines.
Who runs the technology
This gallery is delivered using Dellro, a service provided by Bloomworks. Bloomworks processes your information only on your studio’s behalf and on its instructions. For privacy questions you cannot resolve with your studio, write to hello@bloomworks.tech.
The fine print
The gallery is provided by your studio as part of its service to you. Any promises about your films and photos are the studio’s own, under its terms with you; Bloomworks gives no further warranties to viewers, beyond what the law requires.
