- Who is this for?
- Photographers, videographers and filmmakers (weddings, events, portraits, brands and more) who want to deliver films and photos to their clients in one branded space.
- How are my files kept safe?
- Each file is fingerprinted in your browser before upload, then stored in three places: a live copy for viewing and downloads, a locked copy that cannot be deleted, and a long-term archive of the originals. A file only shows as Protected once all three copies match the fingerprint.
- How long are files kept?
- On the film plans (Solo, Studio and Signature), for life while the studio is a member, in three copies, one of them locked against deletion. On the Photo plans, galleries stay online for 3 years from creation, then are archived and can be restored on request. If a membership ends, galleries stay online for at least 12 more months and never less than 3 years from creation, with email warnings 60 and 14 days before anything is taken down.
- Can I deliver wedding films in 4K?
- Yes. Films stream in up to 4K with adaptive quality, so playback starts quickly and steps up to the best quality the connection allows, on phones, laptops and TVs.
- Can my clients watch their wedding film on TV?
- Yes. They open the TV page in their smart TV's browser, type the 6-character code it shows into the gallery on their phone, and the gallery opens on the TV. AirPlay and Chromecast work too.
- Do films and photos go in the same gallery?
- Yes. The feature film, highlights and every photo set live in one gallery with one link, with slideshows, favourites and ZIP downloads for the photographs.
- Can I use my own brand and domain?
- Yes. Every paid plan includes your logo, colours and fonts. The Studio, Signature and Photo Pro plans also remove the platform credit from your galleries and let you use your own web address, such as films.yourstudio.com. Solo galleries show a small Dellro credit and use the dellro.com address.
- Can clients download the original files?
- Yes, when you allow downloads. Clients can download the original films and photographs for 12 months, then 1080p films and web-size photos, and they can keep streaming for at least three years.
- How private are the galleries?
- You choose per gallery: an open link, a password, a personal access code for each guest, or invite-only access where each guest signs in with a code sent to their email. You can add a download PIN and keep chosen photo sets for the couple only. Galleries are never listed in search engines.
- Can I upload very large films on a slow connection?
- Yes. Uploads go straight from your browser, up to 500 GB per file, in parts that resume after a dropped connection or a restart, so a 100 GB delivery does not have to start over.
- Can I use Dellro from ChatGPT or Claude?
- Yes. Connect Dellro to an AI assistant that supports MCP connectors, such as Claude or ChatGPT, then ask in plain words to deliver a gallery, schedule a premiere, add guests, or read a couple's favourites and who downloaded. You sign in and approve the connection, it follows your plan and role, and it can't change billing or delete anything.
