Dellro vs Pixieset: a Pixieset alternative for wedding photographers
Dellro and Pixieset both give wedding photographers branded client galleries with favourites and downloads. Dellro's photo plans cost less at each level, films are not counted in hours, and it is built around the wedding day itself: films and photos in one gallery, the day shown in order, and a premiere for the couple.
Pixieset is one of the most popular gallery platforms for photographers, with a print store and studio tools around it. Dellro focuses on one thing: delivering the wedding to the couple beautifully, whether you shoot photos, films or both. Here is how the two compare, using both public pricing pages.

Where Pixieset is strong
- Selling prints and products straight from the gallery. Dellro does not have a store.
- A free plan with 3 GB. Dellro starts with a 14-day free trial and 25 GB of uploads instead.
- A wider studio suite beyond galleries, if you want one platform for more of your business.
What Dellro adds for your couples
- Album picks without the back-and-forth. Couples keep several named lists, such as Album and Prints, add a note to any photo, and you can set a limit like "choose 80 for your album". You get an email per list and the filenames ready to paste into Lightroom.
- The day, in order. Relive the day lays the wedding out moment by moment from the photos' capture times.
- Private sets stay private. Mark getting ready or boudoir as Couple only, and guests see it locked.
- Their photos are never lost. Three checked copies of every file. See three-copy protection.
- On the TV. Couples can show the gallery on their smart TV with a 6-character code. See watch on TV.
What Dellro adds for your studio
- One gallery for photos and films. If you work with a filmmaker, or add films later, the couple gets one link with everything.
- A Lightroom Classic plugin. Publish collections straight into photo sets, re-publish edits in place, and get the couple's favourites back as collections.
- Nine gallery layouts and five photo layouts, including Editorial, a magazine rhythm where nothing is cropped. See gallery layouts.
- White-label and your own domain on Photo Pro, with Client Space where couples sign in with their code.
