Deliver wedding galleries from your AI assistant
Dellro connects to AI assistants that support MCP connectors, such as Claude and ChatGPT. Once connected, you can ask in plain words to deliver a gallery, schedule a premiere, add guests or read a couple's favourites, and it happens in your studio with the same rules as your dashboard. Less admin for you means more care for your couples.
Why it matters to your couples
Couples remember how a studio made them feel, long after the wedding. The connector takes the small admin out of your day, so galleries go out exactly when you promised, album picks reach you without a back-and-forth, and you always know how a family is enjoying their films and photos. The time you save goes back to the people you photograph and film.
What you can ask
- Deliver a gallery, now or later: "Send Sarah & Tom their gallery on Friday at 9am." Your branded email goes out with the link, at the time you chose, in your time zone.
- Read a couple's album picks: "What did Lerato choose for the album?" You get each favourites list, the filenames in order and any note on a photo.
- See how families are enjoying it: "Who downloaded from the Naidoo wedding this month?" Visits, film plays, downloads and, where the gallery asks for names, who downloaded what.
- Set who can open a gallery and add guests by name and email.
- Schedule a premiere, so the gallery opens with a countdown at a set moment.
- Create a gallery for a new wedding, ready for your films and photos.
How to connect
- 1Copy the connector addressIn Dellro, open Settings and find Your AI assistant. The address is https://dellro.com/api/mcp.
- 2Add it to your assistantIn your assistant's settings, add a custom connector and paste the address.
- 3Sign in and approveSign in to Dellro when asked, check what the assistant will be able to do, and choose Allow.
Safe by design
- It acts as you, with exactly the rules of your dashboard: your plan, your role and your sending limits.
- Only the studio owner or a manager can connect an assistant.
- It can't change your plan, billing or team, and it can't delete anything.
- Films and photos are still uploaded in your browser or with the Lightroom plugin, never through a chat.
- Every connection is listed in Settings, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Questions
- Which AI assistants work with Dellro?
- Any assistant that supports custom MCP connectors with sign-in, such as Claude and ChatGPT. You add Dellro's connector address in the assistant's settings, then sign in and approve.
- Can the assistant send emails to my couples without me knowing?
- It only sends a delivery email when you ask it to, to the people you name, at the time you choose. Dellro asks assistants to confirm the recipients and the time with you before sending, and every email shows on the gallery's Deliver page.
- Can it delete galleries or change my plan?
- No. It can't delete anything, and it can't change your plan, billing or team.
- Can it upload films and photos?
- No. Uploads stay in your browser or the Lightroom plugin, where large files upload safely and resume if a connection drops.
- How do I disconnect it?
- Open Settings in Dellro and revoke the connection under Lightroom and API tokens. It stops working straight away.
