For wedding photographers adding film

Many photographers are adding film, either by bringing in a videographer or by offering short films themselves. Adding film without a second system

Branding and privacy

Add your logo, colours and fonts, and choose from nine gallery layouts with live previews. On Studio and Signature plans galleries are white-label and can run on your own domain. Each gallery can be a private draft, an open link, password protected, or limited to personal access codes or email sign-in for guests you invite, and galleries are never indexed by search engines.

How long couples can download

Original files are downloadable for 12 months from gallery creation. After that, photos download in web size and films in 1080p, while streaming continues for at least three years. A quiet note in the gallery shows the date, so couples know to save their originals. More on downloads.

Keeping originals safe

Every photo and film is fingerprinted in your browser before upload, then stored three times: a live copy, a locked copy under Object Lock and a long-term vault copy of the original. A file shows as Protected only when all three copies match, and copies are re-checked weekly. Large folders are no trouble either, with uploads that go in parts and resume after a dropped connection. You can also schedule a Premiere on paid plans, so the gallery opens at a set moment with a countdown, a lovely way to reveal the photos and film together.

For couples, the experience is simple. They open one link on a phone, tablet or laptop, browse the sets, and come back to the same gallery whenever they like. If your studio runs on its own domain (from the Studio plan), Client Space lets them open their gallery there with their email and the personal access code from their invitation.
