Consistency through templates
Organise galleries into folders and save gallery templates, so every wedding starts with the right layout, branding and settings. See views, plays and downloads for each gallery, on every plan. It is a simple way to know a couple has opened their gallery and pressed play.
Insights sit alongside the rest of the studio tools, so whoever is handling a wedding can see its status without asking around. Combined with folders and templates, it keeps delivery predictable even when several people share the work.
Signature: priority encoding and a second brand
Signature adds priority encoding and a second brand, for studios that run a sister label alongside the main one. Studio and Signature both include white-label galleries on your own domain.
Built for a whole season of weddings
A growing studio delivers many weddings at once, often across several editors. Uploads go in parts and resume after a dropped connection or a closed browser, files can be up to 500 GB each, and folder upload keeps subfolders as photo sets. Duplicate files already in the gallery are not stored twice, so a re-export does not cost you allowance twice over. When an editor delivers a new cut, replacing a film keeps the same place in the gallery.
Privacy stays consistent across the team as well. Each gallery can be a private draft while it is being checked, then opened with a link, a password, personal access codes or email sign-in for invited guests. Galleries are never indexed by search engines.
Volume without worry
Your allowance counts what you upload in a year, not what is stored, so delivered weddings never use next year's allowance. If a big season runs over, a 100 GB top-up is $99. Every file is kept in three copies, checked weekly, with three-copy protection behind every gallery.
