Privacy and access

Private wedding video galleries, with access you control

Every Dellro gallery has its own privacy setting: a private draft, an open link, a password, personal access codes for chosen guests, or invite-only access where each guest signs in with a 6-digit code sent to their email. Galleries are never indexed by search engines.

Five ways to set who can open a wedding gallery

Some couples want the film shared with everyone at the reception. Others want it seen by the two of them and their parents, nobody else. Dellro sets privacy per gallery, so each wedding gets the right level of access.

  • Only me: a private draft only your studio can see while you prepare
  • Open link: anyone with the link can open the gallery
  • Password: one password shared with the people the couple chooses
  • People I choose: a personal access code for each guest (paid plans)
  • People I invite: each guest signs in with a 6-digit code sent to their email (paid plans)

A private wedding video gallery that stays out of search

Galleries are never indexed by search engines, whatever privacy setting you choose. A couple's film does not appear in search results because someone shared the link in a family chat.

Personal codes and invite-only access

With People I choose, every guest gets their own access code. If one person no longer needs access, you revoke that single code and nobody else is affected. With People I invite, guests receive a 6-digit code by email and sign in with it, so access is tied to an address the couple trusts.

  1. 1Start as a private draftKeep the gallery on Only me while you upload, arrange and check the films and photo sets.
  2. 2Choose the access levelPick open link, password, personal codes or email invites when you are ready to deliver.
  3. 3Adjust at any timeAdd or revoke guests, or change the password, without touching the films.

Revoking access includes the TV

When you revoke a guest or change the password, any TVs that were paired to the gallery are signed out too. Access ends everywhere, not only on the phone. See how pairing works on the watch on TV page.

Privacy that works with a premiere

Privacy settings and a scheduled premiere work together: the gallery opens for the right people at the moment you set. When downloads are part of the plan, you also decide whether films and photos can be saved; the downloads page explains the policy.

Private does not mean complicated

Guests who receive a personal code or an email invite open the gallery without creating an account, and the couple keeps control of who is on the list through you. Private drafts let your team prepare a gallery fully before anyone else sees it.

Give every couple the privacy they ask for. See pricing or create your studio.

Yes. Password is one of the privacy settings available on each gallery.
Are Dellro galleries visible on search engines?

Yes, on paid plans. People I choose gives a personal access code to each guest, and People I invite sends each guest a 6-digit sign-in code by email.
