Beta programme agreement

Thank you for helping us shape Dellro. This agreement is an addendum to our terms of service and applies between Bloomworks (“we”, “us”) and each studio that joins the beta programme (“you”). Where it differs from the terms of service, this agreement applies.

1. Who it is for

The beta is by invitation only, for up to 20 wedding filmmakers and photographers. You join through the invitation link we send you, and your studio is marked as a beta studio.

2. What you get

• Every Signature feature, free of charge, for the beta period of 2 months from when you join.
• 300 GB of uploads to use during the beta period.

Nothing is charged during the beta period.

3. Pre-release software

The beta is a pre-release version of Dellro. It is provided as it is: features may change or be removed, you may find bugs, and we make no promise about uptime. We still keep three protected copies of every file, as for every studio. Even so, keep your own backups of your originals, as you would as normal professional practice.

4. What we ask of you

• Deliver at least one real gallery to a real client through Dellro during the beta period.
• Tell us what works and what does not, using the Feedback button in your dashboard.
• If you would like to, help with launch content, such as a short quote or a gallery we may show. This is entirely optional.

5. Feedback

Feedback, ideas and suggestions you send us may be used freely by Bloomworks to improve Dellro, without payment or obligation to you. This does not give us any rights in your films, photos or other content, which stay yours under the terms of service.

6. Confidentiality of unreleased features

Please keep unreleased features, and anything we tell you is not yet public, to yourself. You are free to talk about your experience of Dellro in general, and to share anything we specifically invite you to share for the launch.

7. Launch use of your work

We will only show your work in launch material, such as on our website or social media, with your written OK for each item. We will only ask for work where you hold your couple’s consent to it being shown, and you confirm that consent when you give us the OK. You can withdraw your OK for future use at any time by emailing hello@bloomworks.tech.

8. Credit

Wherever we show your work or quote you, we credit your studio by name.

9. When the beta ends

• Your beta access is not renewed automatically, and you are never charged without choosing a plan.
• Your galleries stay online and protected under the retention policy in the terms of service, so your clients keep their films and photos.
• To keep creating and delivering with the features you are used to, choose a plan on the pricing page, or continue with pay as you go.

10. Leaving the beta early

You can leave the beta at any time by telling us at hello@bloomworks.tech. We may end the beta, or your place in it, by giving you notice by email. In either case, section 9 applies: your galleries stay protected and you can choose a plan or pay as you go.

11. Everything else

In all other respects, our terms of service, privacy policy and data processing agreement apply to your use of Dellro during the beta. Questions: hello@bloomworks.tech.
